Pengoprasian Mesin CNC Milling 3 Axis VE 1020 L3 – Twinhorn
Program Keahlian Teknik Pemesinan membekali peserta didik dengan ketrampilan pemesinan yang meliputi : mengoperasikan mesin-mesin produksi baik mesin Manual maupun mesin CNC (Computer Numerical Control) , mesin Bubut, mesin Frais, mesin Sekrap, mesin Bor, mesin Gerinda Datar, mesin Gerinda Poros, mesin Gerinda Potong, mengasah alat-alat potong, Pengelasan dan Fabrikasi logam dan 3D Printing. Peserta didik juga dibekali dengan pengetahuan membaca dan menggambar dengan teknik manual maupun dengan CAD (Computer Aidet Design). Pengenalan dan pengolahan bahan, mengukur dengan alat ukur mekanik presisi, menggunakan perkakas tangan serta melakukan perhitungan dasar dan lanjut untuk diimplementasikan dalam praktek membuat benda kerja dan perlengkapan praktek oleh Guru Praktek ( Instruktor ) yang rata-rata tamatan S1 dan D4 dan semua sudah bersertifikasi guru, juga ada yang S2.
Kompetensi Keahlian Teknik Pemesinan SMK Assa’adah merupakan jurusan yang telah menjalin kerjasama dengan Dunia Industri dan Dunia Usaha dalam melaksanakan Praktek Kerja Lapangan (Magang)/ Prakerin (Praktek Kerja Industri) dan bersertifikat
Kemampuan Yang Dikuasai
- Mengoperasikan Mesin Bor, Mesin Gerinda, Mesin Bubut, Mesin Frais secara konvensional maupun berbasis Computer Numerical Control (CNC).
- Membuat produk bagian-bagian konstruksi mesin dengan menggunakan perkakas tangan maupun dengan mesin.
- Memprogram pembuatan benda kerja dengan mesin CNC melalui aplikasi Computer Numerical Control (CNC).
Peluang Kerja Tamatan Teknik Pemesinan
- Bekerja di bengkel konstruksi.
- Bekerja di Industri jenis Multi Product.
- Wirausaha dibidang pemesinan.
- Operator mesin CNC.
- Operator mesin-mesin industri.
- Melanjutkan ke Perguruan Tinggi jurusan Teknik Mesin dan Teknik
Industri.
Tujuan Program Keahlian Teknik Pemesinan
Tujuan kompetensi keahlian teknik pemesinan adalah membekali peserta didik agar dapat menjadi operator mekanik yang mampu mengelola usaha khusunya di bidang mesin perkakas, dapat memproduksi, menjual dan membukukan dengan baik, serta dapat bekerja pada lingkup pekerjaan operator mesin :
1. Bor
2. Sekrap
3. Gergaji
4. Bubut Konvensional
5. Frais Konvensional
6. Gerinda, dan
7. Programer dan operator mesin Turning dan Operator mesin milling CNC.
- Muatan Lokal Las dan Fabrikasi
- Praktek mengemudi.

Adapun ruang lingkup pekerjaan bagi lulusan program keahlian Teknik pemesinan adalah jenis pekerjaan dan atau yang relevan dengan kompetensi yang meliputi :
- Industri manufakturing (operator mesin bor, sekrap, gergaji, bubut konvensional, frais konvensional, gerinda)
- (programer dan operator mesin bubut CNC, programer dan operator mesin frais CNC).
